Having trouble seeing videos while at school? Read this.
If you are having trouble seeing videos on WatchKnowLearn, especially from a school computer, check that you have access
to YouTube through your system. In most cases, the reason why people can’t see videos on WatchKnowLearn is that they are
trying to access them from a school system that blocks access to YouTube (and possibly other source sites).
We don’t have any direct control over this problem—it’s between school systems and YouTube. Still, we are trying to
solve it, one way or another, so that kids and teachers can use WatchKnowLearn in all wired classrooms. Please stay tuned!
If YouTube is not blocked for you, but you still can’t see videos through WatchKnowLearn, please e-mail
feedback@watchknowlearn.org.
with these items: (1) your system and browser info; (2) the URL of a video you can’t watch; and (3) anything else you can
think of that might help us solve the problem for you.
