The Feast of St. Thomas Aquinas is July 3rd
From YouTube, produced by TheRemnantVideo
(Match 7th, the date given in the video, was the date the video was posted to YouTube.) (NOTE: Wikipedia has his death at 49, not 39.) RTV's "Catholic Saints and Feast Days" features the great Angelic Doctor, St. Thomas Auinas. How can any Protestant ignore the fact that this greatest of Christian theologians was...well, CATHOLIC! He defended and explained all Seven Sacraments, was a champion of the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist, the Mass, and the Papacy? Martin Luther knew better than Thomas Aquinas? (02:18)

Miss Mary Mack Read-Aloud Online Storybook (Sing a Long Stories)
From aol.com, produced by KOL Jr. Bedtime Stories
This read aloud is Miss Mary Mack adapted by Mary Ann Hoberman and illustrated by Nadine Bernard Westcott. Miss Mary is a perky young lady who primps at a pink-skirted vanity table while a newspaper touts "Elephant escapes zoo." The additional verses tell a fuller story of Miss Mary, recounting the elephant's exploits after he jumps the fence and lands in a yard filled with Fourth of July picnickers, and the friendship that ensues between him and the girl. There is a play button to start story and a pause button on each page. Each word is highlighted as the speaker reads. This is a wonderful resource to help build a literacy rich environment in the early childhood classroom. It would be beneficial for struggling readers and/or for special education students.
