This lesson deals with action verbs and their uses in English. There is an introduccion showing a castle and some history of the castle. After minute 3:31 the presenter shows the meaning of many action verbs using body language and you can read the words on the screen. There is a definition of "action" and enumeration of action verbs such as stand up, sit down, scratch, etc.
