This part of the video starts with the King's army set at Edgehill. This second part covers the events of the Civil War and questions whether Charles I was a traitor or a martyr. There is representation of the war. Members of the same family sometimes fought on opposite groups. There is a description of the King's chavalry attack. Nither side was victorious at first. Finally the Parliamentary army would defeat the Royalists. The figure of Oliver Cromwell is introduced. The king is taken to trial. Al the charges are read to the king and he is sentenced to death. On January 30th 1649 Charles I is beheaded. The video finishes talking about the King's burrial place.
