From YouTube, produced by PBS Kids
In this segment from "Sid the Science Kid", the kids are making observations about what happens when a pumpkin decays. Sight, smell, and feel are all observations that are recorded in the science journals. The decayed pumpkin is also compared to a fresh, new pumpkin. Great video for a lesson on observation, scientific method, or decomposition. This is a great resource to help master important skills in the elementary classroom. (4:37)
