There are four main types of dyslexia; the first one is the most common it is phonological dyslexia. This is where children have difficulty separating out the parts of language, such as words within sentences and sounds within words. Then orthographic dyslexia, means the individual has difficulty with the spelling patterns. Another type discussed is dyscalculia, which is having the difficulty with math and its symbols. And the final is dysgraphia, which is handwriting and how messy and slow it is. Many people can have more than one types of dyslexia. The video gives good information on the different types of dyslexia and would be good for parents and teachers who want to learn about the different types of dyslexia. (02:19)
