This 20 minute video is about happiness and how its meaning has changed and the difference between being happy in your life and your memory. This remembering self is very important and the one that teachers should consider when it comes to developing curriculum and working on making students feel comfortable.
"We know that happiness is mainly being satisfied with people that we like, spending time with people that we like....." He states there are an experiencing self and reflective self and that the later is most important.
