This is not a streaming video but an interactive online book.  It could be used in the classroom in numerous ways and at numerous levels.  This book helps the reader understand where the food they buy comes from.  It gives historical and geographical information about different foods.  Some key words include growers, processors, packagers, consumers, grocers, etc. There is a site index so the teacher could control what parts of the book the reader listens too, as well as a teacher guide, ideas for a field trip, games and certificates to go along with the topic, other educational resources, and a Nature's Notes section with offers more detailed lessons about certain topics.
